[job_card.job_description]Assess customers' needs and provide assistance and information on product features Go the extra mile to drive sales Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas Actively seek out customers in store Cross sell products Ear piercing Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service Build productive trust relationships with customers Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service Remain knowledgeable of products offered and discuss available options Attend trainings for various skincare lines Monitor the Patient Loyalty Program Develop relationships with patient / clients : Patient follow up, calls when refills needed, follow up after new purchases Thank you notes, as needed Assist in managing schedule for retail staff Train part-time retail staff on new policies / procedures Review unapplied credits Close out at end of the day / Close shop PM Physically receive inventory Check barcodes when orders come in Organize and keep shelves clean Keep other staff trained on products Schedule patients for events Input silent auction gift cards for donations Makeup application Help keep clean work area Wash makeup brushes weekly Assist with planning events Assist with social media updates Assist manager with ordering as needed Help bring on new items to office that will increase revenue Attend monthly inventory counts Promote all aspects of the practice Assist Cosmetic Manager with miscellaneous projects, as needed Adherence to compliance and completion of compliance training Performs other related duties as assigned High school education or G.E.D. equivalent Proven working experience as sales associate Proficiency in English Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics Track record of over-achieving sales quote Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices Disciplined to work in accordance with accepted standards Prior experience in a medical practice is preferred Organized and able to manage priorities Resourceful in problem solving Solid communication and interpersonal skills Ability to take and follow through with tasks Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with patients, coworkers, and physicians Strong customer service focus Strong computer skills Ability to work after hours for events Maintain professional appearance and conduct in all work-related situations Must be detail oriented Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing Demonstrated leadership experience. Must be able to demonstrate leadership by serving as an example to others with regard to professional behavior, handling multiple tasks, maintaining a positive attitude, and in response to organizational change Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required. Must be able to learn new software quickly Must possess excellent leadership, organizational, and computer skills Ability to work effectively and cooperatively with staff, board, clients, and the public Ability to multi-task, prioritize appropriately, and work well both individually and as part of a team Ability to use time productively and contribute to high levels of company operational efficiency and effectiveness Ability to maintain confidentiality of information
