Program Administrator Part-Time

Job Summary / Company :

Sparks Group have partnered with a mission-driven association and together we are recruiting for a Part-Time Program Administrator to support the administration of a key member-benefit learning platform. This role serves as the primary administrator for a professional learning benefit offered to association members. The Program Administrator will collaborate closely with internal teams across Education, Career Development, Membership, and Strategic Engagement to ensure smooth operations, strong member support, and effective program coordination. This position reports to the Portfolio Manager within the Institute Content Team.

Responsibilities :

• Monitor the progress of license activations and deactivate licenses in accordance with established business rules
• Manage the program inbox and respond to member and staff inquiries
• Organize and support internal staff meetings related to the member learning program
• Attend scheduled coordination meetings with external platform representatives
• Maintain centralized storage of all program documentation
• Create, maintain, and distribute program reports to internal stakeholders
