[job_card.job_description]Masters degree in Social Work Counseling Marriage & Family Therapy or a related behavioral health field. Active Maryland licensure or eligibility for one of the following : LCSW-C LCPC LCMFT (Fully Licensed) 1 year of clinical experience in an outpatient IOP or PHP setting. Experience using relational experiential and systemic modalities. Passion for working with adolescents young adults and families. Strong clinical documentation and diagnostic skills. Familiarity with outcome-based treatment planning and assessments. Willingness to obtain a CAQH profile and NPI during onboarding.

Location : 2 Wisconsin Circle Suite 230 Chevy Chase MD 20815
Schedule : Monday Thursday 11 AM - 7 PM Friday 9 AM - 5 PM
Position Type : Contract
Hourly Pay Rate : $30.00 - $40.00 an hour

Responsibilities
- Deliver individual family and group therapy using evidence-based practices.
- Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans centered on client needs.
- Provide parent coaching and maintain consistent family communication.
- Ensure timely accurate documentation and compliance with Maryland regulations.
- Collaborate on discharge planning and outcome tracking.
- Uphold ethical standards and confidentiality in all aspects of care.
- Contribute to a positive team-based clinical culture that values compassion and results.

LMSW LGPC LGMFT (Associate / Provisional)
