Finance Manager

In this leadership role, you'll oversee all aspects of our college's financial affairs, providing strategic direction and ensuring sound financial practices.

Here's what you'll do :

• Financial Leadership Expert : Manage the budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes for our college.
• Goal Setting Champion : Establish departmental priorities and ensure all financial deadlines are met.
• Team Leader and Mentor : Supervise your finance staff, providing training, coaching, and performance management.
• Financial Reporting Master : Review and approve financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Strategic Analysis Guru : Conduct special financial studies and provide insights to support informed decision-making.
• Reporting Pro : Produce routine and ad-hoc financial reports for senior management and planning teams.
• Policy and Procedure Champion : Oversee the development and implementation of sound accounting policies and procedures.
• Project Management Expert : Manage special projects and prepare presentations for senior management.
