Medical Device Assembler - 6-Month Contract

Location : Madison, WI

Schedule : Flexible start (6 : 00-7 : 30 AM) | Mon-Thu 9 hrs | Fri 4 hrs | Voluntary OT

Pay Rate : 35.00-38.00 / hr based on experience

About the Role

Support the assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of medical devices in a regulated, high-quality manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble and test medical device components and final products.
  • Diagnose issues, perform repairs, and support equipment maintenance.
  • Follow SOPs, drawings, and quality procedures.
  • Maintain an organized workspace and report quality concerns.
  • Assist with documentation updates and train team members as needed.

Qualifications

  • Experience in cGMP and controlled documentation.
  • SAP exposure; Six Sigma or LEAN mindset preferred.
  • Degree in engineering / science or equivalent experience.
  • Strong problem-solving and ability to work independently.
