As a DBA / Data Engineer , you will own and optimize our database platforms, while building scalable data pipelines, modeling systems, and analytical infrastructure across AWS and Azure. You’ll work at the intersection of data reliability, pipeline scalability, and AI automation—helping power a high-performing, data-driven diagnostic platform.

This role requires someone who can bring deep expertise in database operations and modern data engineering practices, while embracing an AI-first mindset to automate and enhance performance, observability, and efficiency across the data stack. You will be a critical hands-on contributor who builds and maintains the foundational infrastructure that enables our product and engineering teams to move fast, securely, and intelligently.

Database Ownership & Engineering Duties :

• Lead operational management of PostgreSQL and MySQL databases hosted in AWS (RDS, Aurora) and Azure.
• Ensure database availability, performance, backups, replication, and disaster recovery.
• Continuously optimize database queries and indexing to support product performance at scale.
• Implement AI-augmented tooling and automation for monitoring, tuning, and routine database maintenance.
