Staffmark is looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to assist with documentation scanning, data entry, and electronic filing. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a structured environment, has a strong attention to detail, and is comfortable managing large volumes of paperwork and digital documents. If you're organized and efficient, we'd love to have you on our team!

Pay : $18.00 per hour

Shift : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM

Responsibilities :

• Scan and digitize physical documents, organizing them into electronic filing systems (iTools)
• Accurately enter and update data in company databases and document management systems
• Review scanned documents for clarity, accuracy, and completeness
• Follow established protocols to ensure document security and confidentiality
• Assist with occasional administrative tasks related to documentation management
