Maintenance Technician

Are you particularly savvy when it comes to troubleshooting electrical, electronic, and mechanical issues? We're looking for someone who can perform quality service work on all of our wash equipment and accessories.This solutions-oriented problem solver should be able to work with pneumatic, hydraulic, and plumbing issues.

We currently have 3 locations you would supervise and make sure that everything runs smoothly. We will provide you with a company van, as you will need to travel from location to location as needed for preventative maintenance and emergency repairs. This position is FULL-TIME, and includes weekends and holidays as needed.

Maintenance Technician Responsibilities

• Perform minor building, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and painting repairs as necessary
• Implement preventative maintenance measures
• Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies
• Complete inspections of car washes on a regular basis
• Respond quickly in the event of an emergency, notify appropriate personnel and follow safety protocol
• Perform other maintenance duties as requested

• Physically capable of lifting 50 pounds unassisted
• Experienced in operating a light to medium equipment
• Effective written and oral communication skills
• Able to work well with minimal supervision
• Ability to prioritize tasks and follow specified procedures
