A company is looking for a Concierge Care Specialist responsible for onboarding and building relationships with new retailers and instructors.

Key Responsibilities

Contact new retailers and instructors to assist with onboarding tasks

Build B2B relationships to ensure company growth and address issues

Generate data reports and maintain organized records in Salesforce

Required Qualifications

Must obtain a property & casualty insurance license within 90 days of employment

2 years+ of customer service experience required

1 year+ of contact center experience preferred

High school diploma, associate degree, or some college preferred

Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel
