Customer Service / Order Entry Representative
The duties of a Customer Service / Order Entry Representative include answering incoming calls and providing outstanding customer service to assist our client's customers with questions, product information, and orders. Additional duties include :
- Listening to customers' questions and concerns, providing answers or responses as needed
- Providing information about products, services, and customer orders
- Keeping records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, comments, complaints, as well as actions taken
- Reviewing or making changes to customer accounts
Required experience :
Minimum of 1 year recent customer service / order entry experience preferably in a manufacturing industry.Bi-lingual- English / Spanish (Preferred)Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and strong data entry skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent follow-up and organizational skills
