About The Role

Our client is a global venture builder that empowers founders to launch and scale transformative healthcare companies. They are dedicated to launching AI-native healthcare ventures and are seeking a VP of Technology, AI Ventures to join their team. This role is for an exceptional leader who is passionate about the intersection of AI, venture building, and healthcare, with a deep, authentic motivation to transform global healthcare. You will be a trusted advisor to founders, providing credible technical advice and leveraging your deep understanding of the startup ecosystem.

What You’ll Do

Partner with world‑class founders to build transformative health AI companies

Build and maintain strategic partnerships with universities, tech companies, and investors

Develop market insights on how emerging technologies will reshape healthcare

Provide expert product, technology, and commercial guidance to our healthcare portfolio

Scale your impact by integrating knowledge and relationships into LLM‑enabled systems

Pursue bold healthcare AI theses with full autonomy and committed capital

Requirements

8+ years of combined experience in : founding or scaling health tech companies as a technical executive, building software / AI at early‑stage startups, or investing at a top venture fund focused on AI or healthcare

Technical degree (CS, math, physics, engineering) with current AI expertise

Active network in the tech / startup / VC communities with credible relationships

Experience in high‑performing environments

Passion for startups plus a deep commitment to another meaningful pursuit

Benefits

Salary : $198K – $240K (based on quality and experience)

Equity : Significant carried interest
