Bid Coordinator

You will be part of the Pre-construction team supporting Business Development and dedicated to expanding DEPCOM Power's presence in the solar and energy storage market. We thrive on collaboration, innovation, and a commitment to excellence in providing cost-effective solar and energy storage solutions.

Support Business Development with proposal creations and submissions.

Schedule and coordinate kick-off presentations for new opportunities.

Coordinate deliverable checklists and assemble comprehensive proposals.

Support the Bidding and Estimating Team on external customer calls.

Management of data rooms and bid log systems for projects.

Heavily collaborate with internal teams and track action items throughout the bidding stage.

Ad-hoc requests and reporting to support RFP compliance.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

Experience meeting schedules under deadline constraints.

Experience managing multiple projects across various business development leads.

Experience quickly learning new software applications.

Experience succeeding in a fast-paced environment.

Three to five years of professional experience in a bidding coordinator or similar role.

Experience in the energy or construction industries.
