Analytics Engineering Lead

A company is looking for an Analytics Engineering Lead.

Key Responsibilities

Own the core dbt model, assessing architecture and improving maintainability and performance

Define the technical strategy for the Analytics Engineering function, establishing standards and documentation frameworks

Serve as the primary bridge between BI and Data Engineering, leading large-scale refactors and improving data governance

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience owning dbt in production

7+ years of experience with analytical data models and large-scale datasets in cloud data warehouses

Expert in SQL and designing data models that support self-service analytics

Experience with Git-based development workflows and data quality frameworks

Ability to simplify complex data environments and make scalable architecture decisions
