• Active or soon-to-be licensed real estate agent in California.
• Experience in customer service or sales roles, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Proven track record of working collaboratively within a team to achieve shared goals.
• Familiarity with the Dallas-Plano-Irving real estate market is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and real estate tools.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
