Job Summary

The Front Desk Security Supervisor is the calm, confident, and friendly face of the communityand occasionally the problem-solver, traffic director, and keeper of all things organized. This role oversees the day-to-day front desk and security operations, ensuring the community remains safe, welcoming, and running smoothly.

Responsibilities include answering and transferring all incoming calls with courtesy and professionalism providing information, directions, and assistance to residents, staff, guests, and vendors. The supervisor works in accordance with established policies and procedures and follows guidance from the Director of Administrative Servicesbecause teamwork makes everything work better.

In addition to keeping things secure and orderly, the Front Desk Security Supervisor assists with staff recruitment, training, supervision, scheduling, payroll, and the overall safety needs of the community. In short, this role keeps the front desk functioning, the security team supported, and everyone feeling safewithout losing a sense of humor along the way.

Must have the ability to read, write and speak English. Position requires a valid Florida Driver License and will have a MVR check. Prefer supervisor, security and transportation background. Must have high proficiency using various computer applications. Will be assigned to transport residents and staff on the community grounds.
