[job_card.job_description]Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment, etc.) Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly Other typical BCBA activities Masters degree Active BCBA certification, required Valid driver's license, reliable form of transportation, and proof of auto insurance Ability to maintain clean background / drug screenings and driving record Performance bonus potential BCBA referral bonuses ($5,000) RBT referral bonuses ($500) Tuition reimbursement for ongoing education (up to $2,500 per semester) CEU reimbursement Mileage reimbursement

Schedule : WEEKEND ONLY!
Hourly : $85-$95 per hour
