Field Dispatch Technician

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring a Field Dispatch Technician .

Position type : Fulltime - Contract role

Duration : 3+ Months

Location : Memphis, TN 38118

As a Field Dispatch Technician , you will :

• Install, configure, and maintain low-voltage cabling systems (Cat 3, Cat 5 / 5e, Cat 6, Fiber Optic).
• Perform network equipment installation and testing (switches, routers, firewalls).
• Execute Move / Add / Change (MAC) requests within defined SLAs.
• Troubleshoot and repair cabling infrastructure and network performance issues.
• Install and maintain Wi-Fi systems and related hardware.
• Complete documentation for work orders, time reporting, and inventory.
• Respond to emergency situations and participate in on-call rotation.
