Responsibilities :

  • Craft delicious food that connect Guests to our signature brewhouse experience
  • Set up cook stations
  • Prepare food items by following Gold Standard recipes, portion and presentation specifications
  • Restock, clean and maintain cook station items throughout the shift
  • Clean, sanitize, and organize the kitchen, walk-in coolers, and storage areas

    • Requirements :

  • Thrive working in a fast-paced, collaborative, team-oriented environment
  • Work your way around the kitchen and have safe knife handling skills
  • Have a food handler permit
  • Be 18 years of age or over
