AWS Cloud Security Engineer

Deep hands-on expertise in securing AWS environments, including cloud landing zones, guardrails, and multi-account or subscription setups.

• Identity and Access Management (IAM) :

Experience with AWS IAM, SSO or MFA, least privilege, cross-account roles, and access lifecycle management.

• Data Protection and Key Management :

Understanding of encryption strategies, key management, and data classification in AWS.

• Network Security Design :

Solid understanding of AWS network segmentation, private access, egress controls, WAF or firewalls, bastion strategies, and DNS security.

• Secrets Management :

Experience with secure vault solutions, integration patterns, and secret rotation in AWS.

• Cloud Security Compliance :

Familiarity with compliance frameworks relevant to cloud environments, such as HIPAA, GDPR, GxP, SOC2, and ISO 27001.
