Program Security Representative

The Opportunity :

Perform a wide range of functions to ensure the protection of government-sensitive and classified information. Apply advanced skills and extensive technicalexpertise. Perform a wide range of day-to-day security functions to ensure the protection of company and government sensitive and classified information in a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility(SCIF). Work without considerable direction, with some guidance from the Special Security Office(SSO), Facility Security Officer(FSO), and Contractor Special Security Officer(CSSO)in implementing security procedures to enable military, contractors, government civilians,and othertenants to support critical missions. Apply specific functional, working, and general expertise in multiple security fields, including personnel security, document control, visitor control, physical security, classification management, and prime and subcontract DD Form 254 administration. Interact with government security officials, clients, and employees to perform security duties, including clearance processing, personnel security record management, adverse reports, administrative inquiries, suspicious contact reports, visit certifications, and document control, and support industrial security efforts as needed. Provide security advice, guidance, and recommendations to all levels of staff, and coordinate and conduct security briefings, debriefings, and Security Awareness Training and Education(SATE)sessions. Ensure the security program is compliant with DoD security requirements and prepare for and participate in security compliance audits and vulnerability assessments.

You Have :

• Experience being read into and supporting SAP programs
• Experience with security policy and manuals, and ICDs, JFANs, DoD,and guiding policy documents
• Experienceworking with Special Access Program(SAP)information and with SIC or JADE account look-ups and creations, submitting SAP nominations for program access, and SAP security education implementation and annual reporting
• Experienceworking in a fast-paced team environment
• Experiencedirecting the activities of security specialists
• Experience working with Security Classification Guides and classification reviews
• Experience with physical security such as Co-Use Agreements and Compartmented Area Checklists
• Active TS / SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience supporting daily Collateral, Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI), and SAP activities for the DoD, or 7+ years of experience supporting daily Collateral, SCI, and SAP activities for the DoD in lieu of a degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,500.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
