Trust Department Leadership

This role serves as a critical leadership position within the Trust Department including the direct supervision of key positions and the indirect supervision of assigned Trust Officers. This includes the fiduciary management and oversight of administration of Trust Services throughout the department footprint, as well as a visible leadership role within the community where the incumbent's primary office is located. This position is a member of the department's leadership team and works collaboratively with other department leaders to produce good financial results while maintaining appropriate risk management oversight.

Responsibilities

Private Wealth Management Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and guidance related to the fiduciary administration oversight of Trust Services which includes the following :
• Ensures compliance with industry best practices and regulatory exams;
• Ensures continued improvements in best practices;
• Provides specialized Trust service and assistance, answer questions, resolves complaints, etc;
• Develops and produces customer correspondence and follow-up calls;
• Communicates effectively to make sure the team is aware of and on top of changes within the department and more broadly within the industry;
• Helps oversee Trust Policy enhancements and follow-through;
• Helps develop leadership and strategy within the team.
• Oversees all Fiduciary (Trust) matters for Private Wealth.
• Oversees all operational and processing areas for Private Wealth in conjunction with the Director, Private Wealth.
• Serves as Chair for Trust Administrative Committee.
• Sits on Trust and Trust Investment Committees.

Compensation

Hiring Pay Range : $150,000 to $220,000 The starting pay range for this position is commensurate with experience. The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
