Job Overview

HCA Healthcare Anesthesia Services is seeking talented, passionate CRNAs to join the established team at HCA Florida Fawcett Hospital in beautiful coastal, Port Charlotte, FL. This cohesive group thrives on collaboration, good communication and creating a great work environment. New grads wanting a supportive transition with a wide scope of practice and continued growth are more than welcome to apply. Staffing model of 4 General Anesthesiologists, 3 Cardiac Anesthesiologists and 16 CRNAs covering 10 ORs plus Cath Lab, IR and Endo. Average surgical volume 8000 cases annually. Diverse mix of cases including Cardiac, Ortho, General Surgery, Endo, Neuro, Spine, Vascular, Robotics, etc. No Peds. No OB. No Trauma. CRNAs practice top of license with autonomy. Able to perform blocks, do own lines and airway management with demonstrated proficiency. Current schedule 4, 10s plus beeper call for additional comp. 1X week / late case finishes. 1, 48-hour weekend beeper shift every 1.5 months. If called in, true emergent cases. Always a physician on site. Outstanding compensation package includes tiered base salary. Additional $20K Geographic stipend. $15K stipend if cardiac proficient. Premium pay rate if clinician works past scheduled shift. Premium rate also applies if clinician opts to pick-up extra shifts. 401(k) Company match starting at 3% and increases with years of service.
