Responsibilities :

• Litigate personal injury cases and oversee all phases from case intake through resolution.
• Conduct depositions, represent clients in hearings, and participate in trials.
• Draft legal documents including motions, pleadings, and discovery responses.
• Perform thorough legal research to support case strategies and arguments.
• Manage a caseload efficiently to ensure timely progress and resolution.
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and address concerns.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop case strategies and achieve favorable outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with legal standards and maintain meticulous case documentation.
• Must hold a Juris Doctor degree and be a licensed attorney.
• 0–3 years of experience in civil litigation, particularly in plaintiff-focused cases.
• Knowledge of personal injury litigation, including torts, premises liability, and medical malpractice.
• Familiarity with immigration law is a plus.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
• Self-driven and goal-oriented individual with a commitment to client service.
