Job Summary and Responsibilities Mercy Medical Group (MMG) is seeking an OB / GYN Physician to join our multi-specialty group in the Sacramento, CA area Opportunity Highlights : Very competitive sign-on bonus of up to 125k or 100k loan repayment / 85k sign on Join an established group of OB / GYN Physicians Incoming physician would be based out of Methodist Hospital of Sacramento in Sacramento, CA Level 2 NICU at Methodist Hospital of Sacramento 50 / 50 mix of Obstetrics and Gynecology Call 1 : 9 Robotics available, though not required Shareholder track, competitive compensation with bonus potential, desirable benefits Option for additional income with hospitalist and back-up shifts at regional hospitals Compensation Range : $365,000 - $375,000 / Year with opportunities for additional call pay Job Requirements MD or DO degree Board-Certified or Board Eligible in OB / Gyn (ABMS or AOA) Active California medical license (or ability to obtain) DEA certification Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills Passion for delivering compassionate, high-quality care in a fast-paced environment Where You'll Work Dignity Health is a member of CommonSpirit Health® , one of the nation's largest health systems dedicated to advancing health for all people.
