Conduct psychosocial assessment, assign diagnosis according to DSM-5 and ICD-10, create treatment plan, and implement treatment plan with patients in the Primary Care clinicProvides psychotherapy and psychoeducation to a variety of patients, utilizing individual, family, and group modelsCollaborate with primary care providers and make referrals as requiredExperience working with Individuals with serious mental illness, serious substance use disorders (SUDs), individuals with HIV / AIDS, LGBTQ+, and immigrantsEMR - eClinical Works
