A company is looking for a Leave of Absence Manager to oversee employee leave programs and ensure compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide leadership and direction for leave of absence implementation and administration
Manage day-to-day operations of leave specialists to ensure high customer service and efficiency
Oversee the complete life cycle of the leave process, including intake, eligibility, and return to work coordination
Required Qualifications :
Minimum 8 years of experience in leave administration, including supervisory experience
In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local leave laws and compliance requirements
Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, or a related field
Expert knowledge of leave plan administration
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
