[job_card.job_description]High school diploma or equivalent. Attention to detail and problem-solving ability. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Physical ability to perform tasks (lifting up to 40 lbs., standing, crouching, climbing, etc.) Minimum 5 years of experience in construction / manufacturing, including 1+ year in a leadership role. Electrical license in the state of Iowa. Prior experience as a foreman in construction / manufacturing. Experience recruiting, hiring, and mentoring employees. Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and compliance standards. Proficiency with hand tools, measurement tools, and project management software. Frequent standing, crouching, stooping, kneeling, reaching, and climbing. Exposure to loud noises, typical construction hazards, and occasional outdoor elements. Regular lifting / moving of up to 40 lbs. individually; occasional lifting / moving of 50-100 lbs. with assistance.
Our client is seeking an Enclosure Foreman to oversee projects within the Enclosure Department, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity. This role requires strong leadership, blueprint interpretation, and hands-on construction expertise. Occasional travel to off-site locations may be required.

Responsibilities :
- Recruit, hire, mentor, and train team members.
- Oversee quality standards and enforce compliance.
- Interpret and convey information from drawings and blueprints.
- Ensure all safety rules and regulations are followed at all times.
- Resolve conflicts and maintain clear communication across teams.
- Develop and manage work schedules for employees and contractors.
- Manage project oversight, production goals, and workforce planning.
