[job_card.job_description]EDUCATION : BS / BA / master degree in engineering, business, management or a relevant field. Knowledge in electronic manufacturing and supply chain a plus. A minimum of 5 years in program management experience. Experience in electronics manufacturing industry is a plus. Proficiency in English required. Bilingual in Mandarin is preferred but not required. Has academic functional skills needed to perform assigned tasks Computer literate Strong communication skills Strong leadership skills Project scheduling and time management Budget management of projects Critical thinking Task management – creating a task list, delegate work to others and keep progress Quality management – deliver a product that is fit for its purpose Strong demeanor – this position requires long hours and a determined attitude RESPONSIBILITIES : Customer interface during the design, development, manufacture and service of the customer’s NPI product, as well as insuring the terms of the agreement with the customer are maintained. Developing and maintaining program schedules. Supporting activities including preparing responses to RFQs. Estimating and tracking program timing. Holding cross-functional project status meetings.
