Airport Customer Service Representative

The Airport Customer Service Representative provides assistance and information to airport passengers. Pay : $20 per hour. The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. Basic Qualifications :

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• No high school diploma, GED or college degree required
• No experience required and on the job training provided

General Responsibilities :

Responsible for assisting airline passengers at the airport requiring assistance other than transportation.

Specific Duties / Essential Job Functions :

Employee must comply with the Company's uniform and grooming standards and must wear his or her SIDA badge / Airport ID at all times. Employee must comply with all guidelines and policies set forth in the ABM Employee Handbook. These policies include, but are not limited to, the Company's Attendance Policy, Zero Tolerance Discrimination and Harassment Policy, Retaliation Policy, Ethics Policy, and Security Policy.
