A company is looking for a Field Service Coordinator (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Schedule and dispatch field service technicians for various maintenance tasks
Monitor open service cases and adjust schedules to meet response time commitments
Serve as the primary point of contact for service requests and updates
Required Qualifications
High School diploma required; Associate's degree preferred
Experience in field service coordination or customer support preferred
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities
Proficiency with service management systems and Microsoft Office
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
