Job Description
Seeking a Full-time or Part-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for primary care in Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living Facilities in Keene, NH, and nearby areas.
- Provide primary care visits, medication reconciliations, and annual wellness exams 3-5 days weekly.
- Examine patients, review medical records, order diagnostic tests, diagnose, and propose treatments.
- Prescribe medications, maintain accurate records, and educate patients and families about health conditions and prevention.
- Oversee overall patient health, promote wellness, and stay updated professionally.
Offers competitive compensation up to $140,000 / year, flexible scheduling, malpractice coverage, comprehensive benefits (including 401(k), health, dental, vision, life insurance), and paid time off. Work is in person at facilities within the community.
