Cardiology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Location: San Diego, CA
Salary Range: $110,000 – $130,000 annually (Depending on experience)
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | No Nights, Weekends, or Holidays About Us
We are an established cardiologist fast-paced outpatient cardiology medical office. We provide an exceptionally high level of care to patients. We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to support one non-invasive cardiologist. This is a full-time, long-term role in a collaborative and learning-focused environment. Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care planning, evaluation, and coordination for cardiology patients.
• Diagnose and manage a variety of cardiovascular conditions, from risk factor management to chronic disease.
• Conduct consultations, evaluations, and follow-up visits.
• Review and manage lab and radiology results; contact patients and implement appropriate care plans.
• Oversee and coordinate hypertension management clinic.
• Conduct pre-operative assessments and clearances.
• Monitor and respond to Holter/Telemetry alerts during clinic hours.

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Minimum 1 year of cardiology experience as an NP or PA.
• Master’s degree from an accredited program.
• Active California RN license (for NP) or PA license.
• National certification (NP or NCCPA).
• BLS certification (AHA).

Preferred

• Additional cardiology-specific experience strongly preferred.
