We are always looking for the best and brightest talent and we are committed to making your job a challenging and rewarding experience. / ph3Position Summary : / h3pManage the operation of product terminal and related activities including loading, maintenance, metering, and quality control. / ph3Key Responsibilities : / h3p Manages operations and monitors scheduling of products for incoming and outgoing P / L carrying refined products. / pp Manages all maintenance work performed at terminal. / pp Performs certain maintenance tasks as required. / pp Ensures quality control is carried through in the loading and receipt of product. Instructs truck drivers on proper loading and unloading procedures. / pp Ensures that proper safety procedures are carried out at the terminal and on the pipeline. / pp Maintains accurate records and prepares required daily and monthly reports. / pp Prepares work schedules for subordinates so that terminal and PL operations are performed efficiently. / pp Ensures compliance with federal and state regulations. / pp Reduces potential risk to public safety and environment and minimizes company liability. / pp Improves operation efficiency and financial profitability through well maintained facilities. / ph3Experience Qualifications : / h3p 8 years experience in product terminal maintenance and operations / pp Must have extensive experience in mitigation of corrosion of subsurface pipelines and above ground storage tanks. / pp Excellent verbal and written communication skills / pp Excellent PC skills, with proficiency in Microsoft products / pp Strong attention to detail, with the ability to independently proof work for accuracy / pp Ability to manage time and scheduling to meet appropriate deadlines / pp Ability to work successfully in stressful situations, and manage multiple tasks / pp Ability to use awareness of relationships and impacts of data trends and elements to appropriately recommend actions that impact both near and long-term company operations and profits / pp Ability to independently conduct job accountabilities / pp Ability to take directions from supervisors / pp Ability to work independently with limited supervision / ph3Education Qualifications : / h3p Bachelors degree or equivalent experience / ph3Physical Demands : / h3pThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
