Fireplace Installer / Lead Installer

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Some days may run later; flexibility required. Overtime available.

About the Role

We are a growing fireplace installation company working in high-end, luxury homes. We are looking for a hands-on, motivated individual who takes pride in quality craftsmanship and wants to build a long-term career in the trade. This position involves physical work, technical installation, and professionalism on job sites.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Installing gas, wood burning, and electric fireplaces in residential luxury homes

• Assisting with construction tasks such as masonry, venting, and framing

• Working with gas lines, basic electronics, and installation components

• Using power tools and specialized equipment safely

• Loading, unloading, and moving materials on job sites

• Maintaining a clean workspace and professional appearance

• Working as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and correctly

What We’re Looking For

• Prior construction or trade experience (preferred but not required for the right candidate)

• Ability to lift and carry 75 lbs or more

• Comfortable climbing ladders and working in various physical positions

• Familiarity with power tools and general construction environments

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail

• Willingness to learn and grow within the trade

• Professional demeanor suitable for working in luxury homes
