Occupational Therapist (OT) Adult In-Home Care

EXAR Healthcare Staffing is seeking a dependable, licensed Occupational Therapist who excels in adult in-home care and brings a strong, professional presence to every visit.
This role is NOT pediatric - our partner is specifically requires therapists with adult/geriatric experience and the clinical maturity needed for complex home-based cases.

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | Day Shift

Setting: In-Home (Field-Based Care)

Pay: Competitive Pay per visit (based on experience and volume)
What You'll Do

• Provide in-home OT evaluations and treatments for adult patients
• Develop individualized therapy plans focused on improving function, safety, and independence
• Maintain high-quality documentation with accuracy and timeliness
• Manage your own schedule and caseload with professionalism, reliability, and minimal supervision
• Build trust and rapport with patients in their homes, ensuring a positive and supportive experience

What We're Looking For
Active Indiana OT license
Strong documentation habits (client has had issues with this in past hires)
Reliable transportation
Must not have a pediatrics-only background
