Key Responsibilities

Conduct mixed methods research to validate product improvements and align insights with success metrics

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate research into product roadmaps addressing critical user problems

Required Qualifications

6+ years of experience in research-related roles, with at least 2 years in senior-level positions at global consumer brands

Proficiency in managing complex projects and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders

Expertise in qualitative research methods, including diary studies, in-depth interviews, and usability testing

Experience in conducting and analyzing mid- to high-complexity quantitative research

Ability to present research findings concisely and define success criteria for product opportunities
