[job_card.job_description]Level I trauma center with inpatient and outpatient duties Pediatric-only population Team includes 2 Pediatric ENT surgeons and 2 experienced PAs Mix of OR, clinic, and call coverage OR hours : 7 : 30 AM-3 : 00 PM or 8 : 00 AM-5 : 00 PM Clinic : 8 : 30 AM-3 : 30 PM 12-hour call shifts with 30-minute response time Tonsillectomy, adenoidectomy, myringotomy with tubes Frenulectomy, abscess drainage, foreign body removal Laryngoscopy, septum cauterization, myringoplasty Board Certified or Eligible in Pediatric Otolaryngology Illinois license or open to obtaining (reimbursement available) ACLS, BLS, PALS, DEA, and CSR required Flights, lodging, rental car, and mileage reimbursed
