We help manufacturers improve the quality of life for their workforce while increasing production capacity, and reducing scrap, repair, and rework costs. As a Robotics Engineer : Process, you will join our product team onsite in our Carson, CA office to develop and optimize processes for surface finishing and treatment, while working cross functionally to contribute to the design of new end-of-arm tools for manufacturing operations.

Role & Responsibilities

• Develop and improve robotic manufacturing processes for applications such as, but not limited to, sanding, polishing, spray coating / coating removal, etc.
• Collaborate with engineers to develop and optimize robotic manufacturing processes for surface finishing and treatment.
• Support the team in enhancing process efficiency and product quality by applying knowledge of material science
• Assist in the implementation of new end-of-arm tools (EOAT) for robotic manufacturing processes
• Collaborate closely with customers to understand their specific requirements and provide tailored automation solutions.
• Work closely with the engineering team and manufacturers to integrate process improvements and automation solutions effectively.
• Assist in analyzing manufacturing data to support process optimization efforts.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in material science and automation technology.

Export Control Requirements

Compensation for this position includes the base salary range of $80,000 - $100,000 USD plus equity. The range listed on job postings reflect the minimum and maximum new hire salary across levels in Los Angeles, CA.
