Key Responsibilities

Lead operations for assigned area, ensuring smooth load-in, daily execution, and load-out

Serve as primary contact for exhibitors, partners, and internal teams

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, operations, venue services, security, and catering

Required Qualifications

5+ years in hands-on event production, operations, or stage management

Strong leadership and organizational skills

Knowledge of technical production elements (lighting, audio, staging, video)

Self-motivated and proactive

Able to handle fast-paced environments
