Required Qualifications

12+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Strategy

4+ years of people management experience

Deep expertise in Salesforce administration and GTM tech stack

Proven success in revenue operations transformation in high-growth environments

Experience in designing and executing enablement programs
