Schedule : Full-time, no weekends

About Us

At SmileWorks Children’s Dentistry & Orthodontics , we make going to the dentist fun! Our pediatric dental and orthodontic practice is dedicated to creating a positive, family-friendly experience from the moment patients walk through the door.

We’re seeking a Dental Receptionist / Patient Coordinator who is friendly, detail-oriented, and thrives in a busy office environment. You’ll be the first point of contact for patients and parents, helping them feel welcome and cared for while ensuring the office runs smoothly.

What You’ll Do

  • Greet patients with a smile and set a positive tone for their visit
  • Manage scheduling for pediatric and orthodontic appointments
  • Answer phones, provide information, and assist with office inquiries
  • Verify dental insurance benefits and support patient check-in / check-out
  • Maintain accurate records and support overall office operations

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 1 year of front desk or dental office experience (required)
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Knowledge of dental insurance plans (preferred)
  • Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office; OpenDental a plus)
  • Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented
