Job Description
S pectrum Healthcare Resources has an opportunity for a Registered Nurse Disease Managers (RNDM). These will be completely remote positions working entirely from the Nurses home. The Nurse will be performing assessments education and training to coordinate care for the dependents of our Nations Active Duty and eligible retirees.
Requirements :
- Bachelors Nursing Degree
- At least one active state nurse license preferably compact state licensure
- At least 2 years experience working as an RNDM preferably in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Must have experince in the below areas
