• Night shift : 7pm - 1am 6-hour shifts with potential to increase to 12-hour shifts
• Average night census of 17 - 22 patients
• Average 5 admissions per day
• Open ICU environment
• Mid-shift coverage to assist physicians
• Rounding and admissions only no procedures required
