Job Summary :
Unity Health and Rehabilitation Center, a leading provider of rehabilitation and skilled nursing care, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team! As a CNA at Unity, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our patients, promoting their recovery, and improving their overall well-being.
Responsibilities :
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nurses, including assisting with daily living activities, bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and report changes in patients' conditions to licensed nursing staff
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Support activities of daily living (ADLs) and rehabilitation programs
- Demonstrate empathy and kindness towards patients, families, and colleagues
- Participate in infection control and fall prevention measures
- Adhere to Unity Health and Rehabilitation Center's policies and procedures
