Key Objective:The Warehouse Worker maintains production and distribution of products by receiving products, pulling orders from inventory; delivering production materials and supplies; staging finished products. Installers depend on the Material Handler to ensure that the products needed for installation are well organized, easily located, and that the inventory of finishing products and trim are sustained. On-time delivery and quality of output are critical to the companys commitment to providing First-Class customer experience.
Primary goal:
Loads theRIGHTproducts into theRIGHTtrucks, withno delaysandunder 15 minutesper truck. No crew needs to go to the shop or store to get what should have loaded, EVER.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Work with install crews to complete load out in 15 minutes per truck.
The Warehouse Worker is responsible for knowing what product is here, where the product is in the warehouse, and whose job it is for.
Monitor the inventory of finishing materials including sealants and trim.
KEY EVALUATION CRITERIA
Position Requirements:
Valid Alaska Drivers License
Clean Driving Record
Detail-oriented, proactive, highly organized, able to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control and receiving.
Maintain a valid drivers license and be eligible for coverage under the companys auto insurance policy.
Experience with forklifts and maintain forklift certification
Maintain a DOT card
Physical Requirements:
Able to lift 50-75 lbs
Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Able to stand for prolonged periods of time
Shift start time: 3:30am End time: 12:00pm
