Now Hiring : Operations / Branch Manager - Fire Protection

We are partnered with a well-established fire protection company that is looking to add an experienced Operations / Branch Manager to lead and grow their local operation. This is a key leadership role with real impact on people, projects, and profitability.

What You’ll Do :

• Oversee daily branch operations across service, inspection, installation, and projects
• Lead, mentor, and develop field and office teams
• Manage scheduling, workflow, and resource allocation to ensure jobs are completed safely, on time, and on budget
• Drive operational efficiency, quality control, and customer satisfaction
• Partner with sales and leadership to support growth and profitability
• Ensure compliance with NFPA standards, AHJ requirements, and company policies
• Monitor KPIs, budgets, and operational performance
