Finance Development Rotation Program

Clarios is looking for motivated undergraduates to join our unique Finance Development Rotation Program (FDRP). The program consists of four to five rotations in various areas within Finance. The program includes the opportunity to be a plant financial analyst in one of our US plant locations, which is a 1-year rotation. The rotations will incorporate multiple facets of Finance at Clarios, which could include Commercial Finance, Operations Finance, FP&A, Audit / Governance, Controllership, Risk Management, Tax, Treasury and Technical Accounting. Our management team will provide you with career development planning, networking opportunities, mentoring and detailed performance feedback. The program is designed to expose you to the various functional areas so you can best select your desired career path. Upon successful completion of the program, you will move into a full-time role within the finance organization.

Our Finance organization is responsible for financial planning and reporting, accounting, sales planning and operations, demand planning, as well as ensuring processes meet the needs of our business. Responsibilities :

• Assist in preparation of monthly management reports and presentations.
• Execute timely and accurate preparation of all accounting / financial documents.
• Identify areas of improvement and take action to implement change as agreed upon by management.
• Prepare month end journal entries and related ad hoc analysis as needed.
• Assist with forecasting and strategic plan efforts.
• Compile and review forecasting results from the regions and works together with the regions to resolve unusual trends or findings.
• Maintains adequate back-up / support for key assumptions.
