What you'll do :

Master the art of operating high-tech converting machinery

safely and efficiently.

Apply top-tier quality control standards to every product you touch.

Own your role at your assigned work center and contribute to a high-performing team.

Read and execute order specs with precision.

Collaborate with teammates to crush goals and exceed expectations.

Rotate through different areas of the plant to expand your skills and keep things fresh.

What you bring :

Minimum of 3 years of machine operation experience in a manufacturing environment.

Mechanical curiosity and a hunger for long-term career growth.

A rock-solid work ethic and dependable attendance.

Physical strength to lift up to 75 lbs.

A fast learner who thrives in a high-energy, repetitive environment.

Pay and benefits :

The pay range for this position is $24.30 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
