Evaluate and integrate business processes and systems across multiple brands and acquisitions.

Craft and optimise SQL queries to pull and analyse data from ERP, ecommerce, and legacy systems.

Develop advanced reports and dashboards using Excel (pivot tables, advanced functions, VBA / macros), Power BI and other Business Intelligence (BI) tools.

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather, document, and validate process improvement and system integration requirements.

Analyse sales trends, pricing, fulfilment, and vendor metrics - providing actionable insights across brands

Participate in design, testing (including UAT), and implementation of system enhancements.

Ensure data integrity, clean-ups, and documentation in consolidated environments.

Present findings and recommendations to IT leadership and business stakeholders.
