[job_card.job_description]Focus on quality patient care Flexible scheduling, we work around your availability Patients seen on-site, in a treatment room located within the facility Rewarding work with great compensation State of the art portable equipment and supplies All scheduling and billing is completed by 360Care Full office support including a Care Coordination team handling all consents, pre-authorizations, patient scheduling, post op and IT support Field support and mentorship from Clinical Director PPE Perform Dental Cleanings Educate Patients and their families on Oral Hygiene protocols Take Digital X-rays and screen for diseases Maintains current and accurate clinical records and charts through electronic medical records. Responsible for all care and cleaning of medical equipment. Responsible for clean-up of service area used facility. Assist with patient transportation. Communicate effectively with all patients, family members, providers, faculty, and staff. Provide timely responses to patient inquiries; document conversations in the EMR. Requires travel up to 100% of the time. Must have own reliable transportation, good driving record, and car insurance. Valid dental hygiene license.
